Our fully serviced clinic has excellent facilities and is centrally located near East Grinstead, West Sussex. We have 3 top quality, well-equipped treatment rooms, available for a minimum of 1/2 day p/wk at £20.00 or 1 full day p/wk at ONLY £35.00/day inclusive of business rates and service charges.

Treatment Rooms

All 3 rooms are contemporary, self-contained and fully air-conditioned offering a comfortable, quiet and relaxing environment -Each room is also provided with an electric couch, washbasin, hand dryer, seating & workbench.

NB. Additional sound insulation has been installed to ensure complete privacy.

Parking & Disabled Access

Parking to the front of the Clinic and level access to the main entrance – The Clinic has wide doorways and a fully equipped Disabled WC. Parking. Please note there are limited spaces available to the front of the clinic but on-road parking is available in Maypole Road and adjoining roads, all within a few moments walk of the premises.

Hiring

We require just one month’s rent in advance plus a key deposit fee of £100.00. Providing your references are valid we can register you within a few days and arrange clinic access. Covid-19 Specific Information

The clinic has installed signage and hand sanitiser stations. General cleaning has also been increased. Anti-bacterial spray is provided – However, the onus is on therapists to thoroughly clean surfaces after each client. Therapists must provide their own PPE and leave 15-30mins between clients to provide enough time to clean surfaces and avoid clients having to use the waiting area.
